Mason City, IA- The Mason City Toros are excited to announce that forward Parker McInroy has committed to play ACHA Division I Hockey at Midland University, in Fremont, Nebraska.
The Fremont native joined the Mason City Toros in the 2023-24 season, during which he suited up for 13 games, scoring 5 goals & 6 assists for 11 points. He suited up in all three games of the Toros’ postseason series against the Granite City Lumberjacks that season. This past season, McInroy skated in 44 games, in which he scored 13 goals and 19 assists for 32 points. McInroy’s 13 goals were second among Toro’s skaters at the 2024-25 season’s conclusion. All-in-all, McInroy concluded his NA3HL playing career with 60 games between the regular season and postseason, with 18 goals and 25 assists for 43 points.
McInroy’s personal highlight came in the 2023-24 regular season finale. In a two game weekend series against the Minnesota Loons, McInroy erupted for 3 goals and 4 assists for 7 points.
Midland University is a private university in Fremont, Nebraska, which closed the 2024-25 season as the 16th ranked ACHA program in the nation.
